If you return something due to it being unsuitable for purpose or you are not satisfied with the product, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
If you return something due to it being faulty or damaged, please complete the Retruns Form and send the item back to us. We will refund the return costs with a copy of the post receipt. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
We recommend you use either Royal Mail or MyHermes.co.uk to return your item. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the goods during the returning process.
