Velo Vitality has evolved from a small bicycle shop in Brighton into an online specialist for real-world cycling. I (Jon) work on my own, and during busy periods, I might miss an email but please try again, I want to help!

Why no phone?

 

I work hard, and have to be smart with my time to get everything done. Any order that is placed before 3pm is usually dispatched the same day. Unfortunately, time spent on the phone stops me from fulfilling orders. I can address emails as time allows, which works better for me. It also prevents time-wasting sales calls (I used to get ALOT).
If your enquiry is urgent, please state URGENT in your email subject, and that will help me find it quicker. :-)


Every product displayed and sold on our website has been individually selected for its unique design, superior quality, and daily performance. All our products can be purchased locally (on request), or if you would like additional photos of products, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find the right product.

Bicycles are becoming true alternatives to expensive cars and less than ideal transit systems. Our aim is to make our customers want to choose their handle bars and pedals over steering wheels and accelerator pedals every chance they can.
